Use tags to manage contributors better.

In V2, Parcel has come out with the tag feature, a flexible system for DAO operators to classify contributors across teams, departments or roles. Once they’re added to the list, it makes it easy to conduct payouts as now they have to just search & select recipients.

This also opens up a two-way communication route between the contributors and DAO operators.
